Optimization design: Consider noise reduction requirements during the electric vehicle stage, such as using low loss materials, improving winding structures, and other methods to reduce vibration and noise caused by magnetostriction. Adjust operating parameters: Adjust electrical parameters such as input voltage and frequency appropriately according to the actual situation, so that the transformer can operate in good condition. This can not only improve work efficiency but also reduce its burden, thereby reducing the possibility of noise generation.

6. Application of advanced technology: With the development of technology, many new types of silent transformer products have emerged on the market. They usually use more advanced manufacturing processes and technical means, such as the application of non oriented silicon steel sheets, soft switching technology, etc., which can fundamentally solve some of the problems of traditional transformers, including high noise problems.
