1. After the Transformer installation is completed, the transportation positioning pin on the top cover of the box is not flipped or disassembled, forming a multi-point connection.

2. The iron core clamp plate is too close to the iron core column, and when the iron core stack is lifted due to reasons, it comes into contact with the clamp plate, forming a multi-point connection.

3. The bushing of the magnetic yoke screw is too long, causing collision with the magnetic yoke stack to form a new joint.

4. The insulation cardboard between the sandwich leg and the magnetic yoke falls off or is damaged, causing the leg to overlap and collide with the magnetic yoke, resulting in a connection.

5. Equipped with a large and medium-sized transformer with a submersible oil pump device. The bearings of the submersible oil pump are worn, and metal powder enters the oil tank, causing accumulation at the bottom of the tank. Under the action of electromagnetic force, a bridge is formed to connect the lower magnetic yoke to the bottom of the foot pad or box, forming a multi-point connection.

6. The thermometer socket on the Oil immersed transformer cover is too long and collides with the edges of the upper clamp, yoke, and side pillar, forming new contact points.

7. Metal foreign objects fall into the oil-immersed type transformer box, causing the connection between the laminated iron core and the box structure, forming a connection.

When the wooden pad between the clamp and the yoke staircase is damp or has an unclean surface, and a large amount of oil sludge adheres, the insulation resistance value drops to zero, forming a multi-point connection.
